If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or access the Website.

1.7 Termination / Suspension

  • The Website reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s account at any time, without notice — especially if the user violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in prohibited behaviour.

  • Upon termination, the user may lose access to their profile, messages, and other data. The Website may also retain logs, IP addresses, access history, to comply with legal or internal policies.

1.9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
